General info & FAQs

General Information

The admission process begins with the submission of the Student Pre-Registration Form.

When a student, even if meeting the conditions for admission, does not have an available spot, they may wait on a waiting list if the parents so desire and communicate.

Regarding the admission criteria for students and the reasons for the formation of groups/classes, you can consult the relevant information here:

Nursery and Kindergarten

  • After pre-registration, parents are contacted to indicate if there is availability (if not, whether they wish to keep the student on the waiting list).
  • An interview is scheduled with the Admissions Director.
  • Parents are informed if the child is admitted, and a deadline for formalizing registration is provided, after which the spot will not be reserved. The spot is only secured upon formal registration.
  • Parents must submit all required documents to the School Secretary. (see Documents)
  • Upon formal registration: Parents are notified that the spot is reserved, and the requested list of materials is provided/delivered (if not already submitted).
  • At the end of the current academic year (by July), parents with enrolled children will be contacted to schedule a presentation date with the Educator.

Basic Education (1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle)

  • With the beginning of the admission process, the Parents are contacted, indicating if there is a vacancy (if there is none, if they intend to keep the student on the waiting list).
  • The day for the admission tests is scheduled with the Parents.
  • After carrying out the tests and with the results of the same, an interview is scheduled with the Admissions Director. The student may or may not be admitted.
  • Once the student is admitted, the parents must formalize the registration – taking into account the deadline established for this and communicated in the interview. After the deadline, the spot will not be reserved. The place is only guaranteed with the formalization of the registration.
  • With the formalization (delivery of the necessary documents and payment) the vacancy is assured.
  • Before the start of the school year, parents are sent a list of materials and school calendar – or other relevant information available at the time.
  • Before the beginning of the academic year, the lists with the constitution of the classes are posted at the College and communicated (by email) and the schedules.
